Every document is checked before you trust it

Any tool can read a document. Nectabl checks what it read, so you know which numbers to trust without going back to the paper.

Sums and tax are checked. Line items are added up against the total, and tax is tested against what is arithmetically possible. A misread figure surfaces here, not later in your books.
The original sits beside the data. Check any figure with a glance instead of hunting for the file it came from.
Duplicates are caught. The same vendor, date and amount twice in one upload is marked in both places, so you do not pay it twice.

Dates are read the way your documents write them, once you set day-first or month-first. Correct any figure and the arithmetic runs again as you type.
