Bank statement converter for Excel and CSV

Nectabl turns PDF bank statements into a spreadsheet with one row for each transaction. Each row has the date, description, amount and running balance, plus the account, bank and period. Money out is a negative number and money in is a positive number. Nectabl checks each row's balance against the row above it. If a transaction is missing or misread, Nectabl marks it, so the mistake doesn't go into your books unnoticed.

Excel spreadsheet of a month of bank transactions with date, description, amount, running balance, currency and account name.
The statement in Excel. Transactions come first, money out is negative, and every row has the running balance.

What each statement gives you

✓ Money out is always negative and money in is always positive, whatever the statement's layout.
✓ Every row keeps its running balance. If a transaction is missing, the balances stop adding up, and Nectabl shows you where.
✓ You get the opening balance, closing balance and period, ready to match against your ledger.
✓ Dates are real Excel dates that sort correctly, in the day and month order you choose.
Nectabl review screen with a one-page bank statement shown beside its account name, account number, opening and closing balances, and a list of transactions with running balances.
The statement stays next to the rows while you check them. Nectabl marks the account number for you to check, because no sum can prove it's right.

Bank statement questions

Which banks does it work with?

Nectabl works with statements from any bank. It doesn't need a separate setup for each bank. An unusual layout may need a small correction, but it will rarely fail.

Can I convert several accounts at once?

Yes. Upload one folder for each account, and each account gets its own sheet.

I only need to convert one year of statements. Do I need a subscription?

No. You can buy a page pack, and its pages never expire. See the pricing page.
