Questions people ask before paying
What counts as a page?
One image is one page. A PDF with ten pages is ten pages. Nectabl counts the pages and shows you the number before it reads anything, so you're never charged by surprise.
When are pages taken off my allowance?
When you confirm the page count and start the batch.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial lasts 30 days and includes 100 pages. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan, and your documents stay. Nectabl never charges you for a trial.
What happens when I run out?
You can't process more pages until your monthly pages renew, or until you buy a page pack.
Do unused pages roll over?
Monthly pages don't carry over to the next month. Nectabl always uses your monthly pages first, and uses your page pack only after they run out.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the time you have paid for. If Nectabl doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of paying, and we'll refund the part you haven't used.
