Credits never expire. For a tax-time box of paperwork, a one-off cleanup, or a job that will not come round again.
Questions people ask before paying
What counts as a page?
One image is one page; a ten-page PDF is ten. Counting happens before anything is processed, and the count is shown to you first, so nothing is ever spent by surprise.
What happens when I run out?
Processing stops until the allowance resets on your signup anniversary, or until you buy a pack. Nothing is charged automatically beyond the plan you chose.
Do unused pages roll over?
Monthly pages do not. One-off pack pages never expire, and your monthly allowance is always spent first so a pack you paid for is never consumed while included pages sit unused.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If it does not work for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund the part you have not used.
