Reading a single receipt is easy, and plenty of things can do it. A hundred of them is a different problem.

Not marked by the same AI that read it

Nectabl reads with a model, then checks the result with arithmetic in code: line items are added up and compared against the printed total, and tax is measured against what is arithmetically possible. A model asked to check its own totals is guessing twice. That is why the review screen shows you which figures to look at rather than a confidence score.

No upload limits

Drop two hundred documents in at once and walk away. There is no splitting the pile into batches and no waiting between them. Usage is counted in pages rather than documents, and the count is shown to you before anything is processed.

Folders become sheets

Upload the folder structure you already keep and get one sheet per client, with real date cells that sort properly and totals that are numbers rather than text. A chat window gives you an answer; this gives you a file you can paste into the books.

What that looks like on real paperwork

The document-by-document detail lives on the pages for each kind of paperwork: receipts, supplier invoices and bank statements.
